Workflows allow you to automate administrative tasks
There are two types of workflows, Automated and Quick Actions. We'll dive into both types here.
Automated Workflows allow you to trigger workflows when fields or attributes are automatically updated. For example, when a field is updated on a Map or Customer, or when a Map status is updated.
Quick Actions are similar to Automated Workflows, but they are manually triggered. Great examples of Quick Actions are escalations or onboarding sales opportunity notifications.
