Workflows allow you to automate administrative tasks
There are two types of workflows, Automated and Quick Actions. We'll dive into both types here.
Automated Workflows allow you to trigger workflows when fields or attributes are automatically updated. For example, when a field is updated on a Map or Customer, or when a Map status is updated. Two features that are even more powerful, when combined are Forms + Workflows. This allows you to collect information in a form and dynamically update a customer's Map based on the information provided in the form.
Quick Actions are similar to Automated Workflows, but they are manually triggered. Great examples of Quick Actions are escalations or onboarding sales opportunity notifications. Quick Actions are a great way to standardize manual initiated processes.
