Permission Sets Explained

Give your users the right access from the start.

Onboard has two different customer permission sets that can be assigned to your users. Here's a quick outline of each:

  • Admin: have full access to Onboard. They can create Variables, Tasks, Project Templates, and manage the Company Profile, included branding and billing. 
  • Onboarder: have full access to their Projects, including the ability to create new Project Templates, modify existing Projects, invite others, and even add one-off tasks to their Project. However, they do not have view or edit access to Variables or Tasks.
