Give your users the right access from the start.
Onboard has two different customer permission sets that can be assigned to your users. Here's a quick outline of each:
- Admin: have full access to Onboard. They can create Variables, Tasks, Maps, and manage the Company Profile, included branding and billing.
- Onboarder: have full access to their Maps, including the ability to create new Maps, modify existing Maps, invite others, and even add one-off tasks to their Map. However, they do not have view or edit access to Variables or Tasks.
