Managing your Project

As a manager, before Onboard, you probably found yourself searching in multiple places or even asking your Onboarders where customers were in the onboarding process. Well we hope to change that for the better. 

If you visit the Projects tab, you'll see a full list of every Project that has been created. You'll notice that each project has a status. That statuses are defined as: 

• New: No action has been taken. 
• In Progress: At least one task has been completed. 
• Launched: All tasks have been completed. 
• Stalled: One or more tasks have passed their due dates.
• Paused: The project has been manually paused by your team
  
  

If you would like to gain additional insight, you're able to click into each Project and see exactly which tasks are complete and which tasks are outstanding.
