Whitelisting our domain

Can I whitelist the Onboard.io domain or use a custom sub-domain to send emails to ensure notifications are not getting blocked by firewall?

Here is a list of domains to whitelist if you have email restrictions:
 
 
The majority of system generated emails come from updates@onboard.io, or passwords@onboard.io.  
 
We also offer a custom email sending domain if you want to send from your own subdomain if you’re interested. If you'd like to go that route simply contact our support team with the below.
 
What we need:
- Subdomain 
- From Name 
- From Email Address
 
Once we make the updates on our side, we will need to pass back to your team the DNS records to add for activation.
