Can a form be answered by multiple customers?
Yes! Custom forms within Onboard can be set up to allow for multiple form submissions by various respondents.
There is an option on forms to allow multiple responses. A form is project-based, which means anyone that has access to complete tasks within that project will have access to the form. When creating a new custom form to use within a project task, scroll to the bottom of the create custom form modal, to see additional options. You can also navigate to the custom forms section of the settings page here, to edit existing custom form options. Simply click the 'Allow multiple submissions' option, which will prompt the system to allow multiple users to submit responses to form questions.

Form submissions can be viewed in the custom forms list if you click on the three-dot menu.
Of note: We don't currently allow user-specific forms, but all users with access can contribute to the same form. All answers to form questions can be viewed by clicking the 'three dots' associated with that custom form and selecting 'View Submissions'.
